The LED monitors will use less energy than the current monitors and will improve the workers efficiency. The Call Center requires a total of 1000 Energy Star certified LED monitors and 500 Dual LED monitor desk mount stands. The contract will also include one year of equipment and services support provided by the contractor. What Must Be Included with Bid The contractor is required to submit a list of the functions that will be accomplished in order to complete the contract. These functions will be broken down into tasks and will be arranged in a logical manner that will show the progression of the contract completion. The contractor will also provide recommendations of LED monitors and dual LED monitor desk mount stands from three separate vendors. These vendor recommendations will have at a minimum: Vendor name and weblinkProduct description Product price Product warranty information Schedule of Bid Period Activities All proposals must be received at and date stamped no later than. Requests for extensions will not be accepted. The contract will be awarded no later than The contract work will start 15 business days after contract being awarded and the installation process will be completed 15 business days after the contract work start date. Location of Work The location for the project is The contractor must bring all required equipment needed to complete the contract. All material and equipment must be sent to the on-site warehouse, If a contractor would like to perform a site visit, please contact at least two business days prior to arrange a visit time. Pre-Bid Meeting A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is not mandatory however, all interested Contractors are encouraged to attend in order to better understand requirements needed for the proposal.
