Please be sure, refunds are available to the customers who purchased tutorial/product within the last 30 days, as demonstrated by your proof of purchase information. If you have this purchase receipt, please follow the instructions in Step Two.

Step 2: Email Proof of Purchase
When you email us the proof, you must use the email address used during your purchase so that the same can help us verify your identity. All refund/cancellation claim/claims along with purchase receipt/receipts should be forwarded to mail@securegrades.com. You must indicate on the e-mail forwarding receipt:

  • Name of the Customer
  • Customer's address and phone number
  • Last 4 digits of the credit/debt card used for purchase
  • Order number
  • Reason why you are not satisfied with our product

In a situation you are unable to find your purchase receipt; you must provide your contact information and other details so that we can trace your order receipt. The information you send must include the following:

  1. Customer’s full name
  2. Email address used during the purchase
  3. Approximate date of purchase
  4. Purchased tutorial/product
  5. Price of the tutorial/product purchased
  6. Reason for a refund

- The date of purchase must be within the last 30 days. Please E-mail all this information to mail@securegrades.com

- An email ‘ll be sent to you notifying whether you are eligible for a refund based on the information you provided.

- If your refund/cancellation request is confirmed, a credit will be issued to your credit/debt card within 2 - 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
