refund/cancellation claim/claims along with purchase receipt/receipts should be

e-mail forwarding receipt:

- Customer's address and phone
number
- Last 4 digits of the
credit/debt card used for purchase
- Order number
- Reason why you are not satisfied
with our product
In a situation you are
unable to find your purchase receipt; you must provide your contact information
and other details so that we can trace your order receipt. The information you
send must include the following:

- Approximate date of purchase

- Reason for a refund
- The date of purchase

- If your refund/cancellation request is confirmed, a credit will be issued to your credit/debt card within 2 - 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.
