Long work hours can lead to lack of sleep and when you don’t sleep your body doesn’t get the restart it needs to start fresh. Long work hours leaves people vulnerable to personal health problems. The longer hours you work the more likely you are to stress your body and mind. When you work too many hours at once your body can begin to shut down and not work to its full potential.
