In an effort to ensure you develop the strongest presentation possible, this week you will participate in a peer review in which you will give and receive critical feedback. EBP is a software platform created for businesses to integrate several software applications for effective supply chain management, centralized management, and communication throughout production. The use of EBP solutions became widespread in the 1990s, and because to the incorporation of cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence in the 2010s, the technology has substantially improved. Due to the increase in remote work, the COVID-19 pandemic helped EBP solutions become more popular.     Thesis: To ensure fair and equitable use, ethical conundrums posed by the employment of EBP solutions must be resolved. These moral conundrums include the necessity to prioritize user privacy and security during the development process, diversity and discrimination in the hiring process, the ethical consequences of using big data analytics and artificial intelligence, and more. It is advised to use evidence-based practice solutions to promote diversity and combat discrimination, that developers prioritize user privacy and security when creating EBP solutions, and that stakeholders work together to establish ethical standards and guidelines for the use of EBP solutions.   EBP technology has great potential to improve organizational efficiency, but it also poses ethical dilemmas that must be addressed. To effectively utilize EBP technology, stakeholders must consider the ethical implications and implement measures to mitigate any potential negative impacts.   Ethical Conundrums: Diversity and prejudice in the recruiting process: EBP solutions may be able to end discrimination and give employers access to a wider pool of applicants. However, if biased data is utilized to train the AI systems, using these solutions could reinforce bias. For instance, the resulting AI models may be prejudiced towards other groups if the AI algorithms are trained on data sets that primarily represent one group. Potentially negative ethical effects of using artificial intelligence and big data analytics: The application of artificial intelligence and big data analytics in EBP solutions may result in the automation of some activities, which may increase unemployment rates as a result of the depreciation of human capital. Furthermore, the quick development of technology may have unforeseen effects including security risks and privacy abuses.
